Tonight's CSI episode brings a Academy Award, Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning actress to the plot, as well as two famous CSI characters.
"Kiss-Kiss,Bye-Bye", which airs tonight, was witten by David Rambo, who this season worked on "Still Life." Danny Cannon, who wrote and directed this season's "Shooting Stars" directed the episode.
The episode's plot has been described as the following:

A case in forensics becomes a case in Vegas' history when a well-connected, sexy ex-showgirl with ties to the mob hosts a party that results in the murder of one of her guests. The suspects are virtually a who's who from yesteryear, but the case holds a personal connection for Catherine as her father, Sam Braun, emerges as one of the prime suspects.

Louise Lombard, Wallace Langham, Archie Kao, Conor o'Farrell and David Berman continue their reprising roles. Anita Gillette and Scott Wilson also reprise their roles as the parents of Catherine Willows.
